Virtual consultation with care team
We believe that getting to know your care team is an important part of the care journey. Online content is great to get a comprehensive overview of the doctor, services and patient feedback. However, there is no substitute to talking to your care team and discussing your specific care preferences and understanding how your care will be handled. We believe in the importance of patient-care team relationship so strongly, that for a limited time we are offering, at no cost to you, the ability to schedule a virtual video session, to get to know your care team, before you sign up for treatment appointments in India.​

Treatment reimbursement
​We currently do not support billing insurance, however, we will work with you and the clinic in India to ensure you have the required documentation to submit a claim for reimbursement from insurance provider, Heath Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA) and/ or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Note: The determination of your treatment claim reimbursement eligibility and amount is decided by the insurance provider and/ or benefits provider. We commit to ensure you have the required documentation for submitting claims, but at this time, cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Care logistics in India
​Whether you visit India regularly or in-frequently, coordinating logistics across diagnostics, medication, treatment, pre/post treatment activities can be a challenge, especially within a short travel window. We offer services to eliminate the hassle and anxiety of scheduling/ re-scheduling appointments in India, traveling to/from appointments in India and in most cases any other personal and/or care requirements that will ensure you get an exceptional and personalized care experience.
Medical records exchange and management
We can assist in facilitating release and exchange of relevant medical history and records to/from your care team in India and US.​​​​
