Our founders started this venture based on challenges they experienced finding affordable, high-quality, timely care with truly exceptional patient experience. 

 

They asked around and found so many others were struggling to get the care needed for themselves or their loved ones because:

• insurance and doctor would not authorize the diagnostics and/or treatment

• appointments were booked out for months ahead of time 

• didn't get enough information from the doctor to confidently make a decision

• lost trust in the doctor cause the experience was not something to write home about 

• out of pocket costs for care were too high  

 

Our founders learned that more than 50% of patients hold off on non-emergency treatment that could improve their quality of life and long-term health because of similar reasons.
