The cost of FindCare4U's services varies based on the package, type of service, and provider. For the complete care journey package, no fees are charged until a treatment appointment is booked. A minimum deposit is required for treatment by a FindCare4U clinical partner, covering costs (minus transaction fees) for treatment or diagnostics. The remaining fees are due at the facility and can be paid via cash, Paytm, or credit card. Additional services by non-clinical partners (e.g., Uber for transport, independent diagnostic centers) are collected via our online shopping experience, with costs passed through plus transaction fees. For claim reimbursement assistance in the US, no fees are charged unless your claim is reimbursed, with a sliding scale fee between 5% and 15% of the total reimbursement amount based on claim complexity. For coordinating treatment logistics in India, services by non-clinical partners are collected via our online shopping experience, with a small service fee above the pass-through costs plus transaction fees.

Consumers and customers pay nothing to use our services to find and consult with doctors. When you book your appointment we require a minimum deposit that is collected via our online shopping experience. The deposit is directly applied to your care costs (minus transaction fees for payment processing by our gateway/ bank). We also pass-through fees (if any) that are charged to exchange medical records, obtain reimbursement documentation and coordinate your travel to/from appointments within India.

No, currently you cannot use your vision or dental insurance the way you do in the US. However, most commercial US dental and vision insurance plans do allow you to submit reimbursement. Typically you pay for the treatment and care out of pocket and expected to submit specific documentation based on your plan. There are often plan or insurance provider specific stipulations, e.g. the standard plan may not support international claims, but the premium one does or pre-authorization is required before service is rendered to submit a claim.
